Connection, Intimacy, & Intention

Hi! I’m Jaclyn, a Columbus, Ohio based photographer. I studied relational communication in college and learned a lot about humans, love, and the psychology of humans in love.

We all crave connection. This is my number 1 goal, not only in my business but in life; building connections and creating memories.

Once we share a connection, you can let your hair down and notice how freeing it is to be yourself. Now we can capture the intimate moments of your story as it unfolds.

I believe in a documentary approach to photography. Every composition and angle is carefully considered to tell your unique story. It's not just about taking pictures; it's about creating a timeless journey through intentional imagery.

I invest in my people. You’re a human with a beautiful story, and now, I’m a little part of making sure your story is told and I can promise you that I don’t take that job lightly.

Fun Facts:

  1. I LOVE music. I love to dance at any and all times. Receptions are my favorite part of a wedding day because I get to be on the dance floor with you, are you joking? What a dream! I pack a JBL speaker wherever I go and have a playlist for every “vibe” to set the mood wherever I am and whoever I’m with! I’m a party girl at heart, and that is a very core part of who I am as a person and as a photographer! I promise to always bring the good vibes!

  2. My hometown (Attica, Ohio), has a population of less than 900 people. I grew up barefoot in my backyard making grass soup and riding my bike to the local ice cream shop. Everything everywhere is exciting to me because as you can imagine, I literally grew up under a rock LOL.

  3. I live for the sunshine. I have Raynaud’s Syndrome which means my fingers and toes lose feeling and go numb when I get cold. They will turn white and sometimes even purple, and it’s uncomfortable more than anything. When the sun is out, so am I!
